1. Program Description

The Givers Caregiver Textline is an SMS-based caregiver support service. When you opt in, you may receive text messages providing:

• Information about caregiver support programs, including Medicaid-based programs, state programs, Area Agencies on Aging, and other social care resources
• Assistance identifying services available in your area
• Follow-up questions to better understand your caregiving situation
• Links to relevant applications, agencies, or educational materials
• Optional reminders or updates related to caregiver support resources

Messages may be generated using automated technology, including AI-assisted systems. A human may review conversations for quality and support purposes.

This service is for informational purposes only and does not provide medical, legal, or financial advice. In case of an emergency, call 911.

2. Opt-Out Instructions

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text “STOP” to the short code.

After you send the SMS message “STOP” to us, we will send you an SMS message confirming that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us.

If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time, and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.
